Job summary

Responsible for administrative support for the Regional Vice President and the local branches within the region.

Summary of essential job functions

  • Organize and process associate payroll (300-1000 timecards) for each branch to include: time card receipt/storage, time entry in Temp Works, including making sure that all time cards are verified and sent to corporate.

  • Auditing completed applications for accuracy & track corrections.

Minimum requirements

1-2 years of administrative experience or education equivalent.
