Responsible for administrative support for the Regional Vice President and the local branches within the region.
Summary of essential job functions
Organize and process associate payroll (300-1000 timecards) for each branch to include: time card receipt/storage, time entry in Temp Works, including making sure that all time cards are verified and sent to corporate.
Auditing completed applications for accuracy & track corrections.
1-2 years of administrative experience or education equivalent.
Data Entry (10-Key)
Ability to Work in a Fast Paced Environment
Computer Savvy (Microsoft Applications)
Basic Math Skills
