This is an internal position with opportunity for growth.
Responsible for Administrative support to area branches and management.
Summary of essential job functions:
Prepare office for daily activity by setting up computers for use, changing out daily sign in log, assuring office items are refilled and easily accessible, adjust window shades accordingly, and other general office necessities in order to make the branch run properly.
Answer multi-line phones in a timely manner and provide customer service for our clients and prospective candidates
Greet guests for both branch and corporate office.
Assist in processing new hires to include: drug screens, setting up online documentation, scanning and attaching documents within our database, setting up direct deposit information, auditing completed applications for accuracy, track corrections
Organize and process associate payroll (200+ time cards) to include: time card receipt, review for discrepancies, communicate with customers missing or late time cards, upload time sheets to corporate for payroll entry.
Support the area manager and branches with administrative functions such as running reports, managing website applications, upload resumes to the database, manage employee hot lists and other supporting job duties as needed.
2 years administrative experience supporting office staff and management.
Type a minimum of 40wpm
