Job Summary:

  • Maintain accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, day-to-day accounting and job costing.

  • Meet tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities, including general ledger preparation, month-end close, job cost tracking, invoice processing and accounts payable.


  • High attention to detail and be able to follow through with both verbal and written instructions. Integrity and confidentiality are vital in this role.

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Bookkeeper

  • Accounting for escrow accounts a plus

  • Applicant should have a working knowledge in QuickBooks and be familiar with web-based programs and must be able to organize both physical & electronic files.
