Maintain accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, day-to-day accounting and job costing.
Meet tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities, including general ledger preparation, month-end close, job cost tracking, invoice processing and accounts payable.
High attention to detail and be able to follow through with both verbal and written instructions. Integrity and confidentiality are vital in this role.
Minimum 2 years experience as Bookkeeper
Accounting for escrow accounts a plus
Applicant should have a working knowledge in QuickBooks and be familiar with web-based programs and must be able to organize both physical & electronic files.
