Flexicrew is seeking an experienced individual to assist in accounting processes and tax deposits. In this position you must be able to perform all Accounting duties. Must have experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax notices, tax filings, debits, credits, proficient in MS Office and Quickbooks. This is a temp to hire position work hours are Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm. Must have a minimum 2 years of Accounting experience to be considered for the position.

Major Job Tasks:

  • Enter deposit transactions in QB

  • Record all transfers on bank accounts in QB

  • Pay/Enter all Payroll tax deposits. Quarterly/Annually

  • Reconcile Bank and Credit Card Statements

  • Register and maintain all Business Licenses, Occupational Tax & other state notices

  • Be able to assist in data analysis with P&L, Balance Sheets & Budgets
